By purchasing, installing, or using any product sold by Manji Cart, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the use, installation, and operation of aftermarket performance components.
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Proper installation
- Routine inspection and maintenance
- Confirming compatibility with their specific setup
- Safe operation of their vehicle
Improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to regularly inspect components may result in equipment failure, property damage, serious injury, or death.
Manji Cart products are aftermarket components and are not OEM-certified safety devices. Certain products, including braking-related components, are designed as performance and drift-assist upgrades and are not intended to function as primary emergency stopping systems.
Manji Cart is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from:
- Improper installation
- Product misuse
- Vehicle modifications
- Rider operation
- Incompatible setups
- Failure to inspect or maintain components
- Use outside intended applications
By purchasing and using Manji Cart products, the customer agrees to assume full responsibility for all risks associated with their use.
